We are regularly asked to share our ideas at conferences and staff training sessions. With larger groups, we maintain our usual philosophy of recognising that participants should still be given practical strategies and real case studies alongside theoretical views. Although a keynote speech will always be a little more formal, we also try to make sure that our audience is entertained, comfortable and where possible, we do encourage interaction and participation.
